Steps to buying from our online website:-

1. Register an account and login using your username and password.

2. Select the items and add to basket.

3. Check out.

4. Indicate Delivery Slot any other remarks in the remarks column.

Delivery services (***NOT APPLICABLE FOR WAREHOUSE SALES SEASON***)
Delivery is within Singapore main island only. Deliveries outside of Singapore is not available at the moment.

Free delivery service (within Singapore) for orders above SGD$150/per order.
Otherwise delivery fee for SGD$25 is chargeable for each delivery trip.

Option 1 : Monday- Wednesday
Slot 1 : 2pm - 6pm

Payment Processing
We ONLY ACCEPT Cheque payment upon delivery.

CHEQUE Payment:

Please issue cheque and made payable to

TAIME PTE LTD.
Kindly indicate the order no., NRIC and Full Name of payer at the reverse side of the cheque.

5. Sit back and await for our confirmation for your orders.
We will telephone or send an electronic acknowledgemet to the customer within 24 hours upon successful submission of the electronic order. If items ordered are unavailable, a message will be sent to the customer for further action.

6. Upon Delivery
Please check the products delivered is correct at point of delivery.
All our goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
